NOTE: Line problems can ONLY be resolved by Telkom South Africa.
Will I need a phone line?
YES, you will need a Telkom phone line converted to an ADSL line. However, you do NOT have to attach an actual phone to the line.
Any installation charges for an ADSL line?
Yes. Telkom will charge you a once-off installation fee.
Will I get a FREE router?
NO. ADSL Routers can be obtained from either SOHO Systems, a Telkom branch, or a Computer Store near you.
Can I pay cash from month-to-month?
NO, unfortunately NOT. You will be required to sign a Debit Order Mandate, authorizing SOHO Systems to automatically deduct the Service Charge on the end of each month.

+ R300 once-off for Onsite Installation [if and when applicable]
